How do you see your community?

The Karen Gallagher Kennedy Arts Festival celebrates the visual and writing talents of youth in kindergarten through highschool. The festival seeks to encourage entrants to write and create visual expressions about their community.

How to Enter

This year's Festival premier has been rescheduled to July 23, 2009. Entries can be viewed as responses to our invitation video at YouTube.com/metrounitedway as they are posted.

There are two ways to participate in this year's Festival, through film or writing.

Our essay contest, which has been completed, was won by Ascension! Congratulations!
