James Graham Brown Foundation Match
The James Graham Brown Matching Program has been a key part of Metro United Way's success over the last 18 years. The James Graham Brown Foundation matches new leadership gifts and gifts at a new leadership giving level up to 50%. New this year: The match program will also match any increase between levels at 50% of the amount of the increase. New gifts of $25,000 or more will be matched up to 100%.

Leadership Patron Step-up
The Leadership Patron Step-up Program offers matching funds for any individual to join the Leadership Patron level ($5,000) when pledging a minimum of $2,000 with a commitment to move to the $5,000 level in graduated steps within three years. The donor will be recognized as a Leadership Patron donor in the first contribution year.

The Gheens Foundation Young Leaders Challenge
The Gheens Foundation Young Leaders Challenge offers matching funds for any individual age 40 and younger to join the Leadership Giving Program. There are two ways to join the Leadership Giving Program with the Young Leaders Match. The first option is to give $1,000 the first year, your gift will be matched $1,000.

Another option for a first-time gift is to give the minimum ($500), which would be matched by the Gheens Foundation, bringing your total community investment to $1,000. Your 2nd year gift would be $750 with a match of $250, and 3rd year your gift would be $1,000. You will be recognized as a Chairman’s Circle donor in the first contribution year.

Tocqueville Step-up
The Tocqueville Society Step-up Program offers matching funds for any individual to join the Tocqueville Society when he or she pledges a minimum of $5,000 with a commitment to move to the $10,000 donation level in graduated steps, within three years. The donor will be recognized as a Tocqueville Society member in the first contribution year.

James Graham Brown Foundation Allen Society Match
The James Graham Brown Matching Program has been a key part of Metro United Way's success over the last 18 years. The James Graham Brown Foundation matches new Allen Society gifts of $25,000 or more up to 100%. Gifts achieving new Allen Society levels will also be matched up to 100%. Allen Society Step-up
The Allen Society Step-up Program offers matching funds for any individual to join the Allen Society level ($25,000+) when pledging a commitment to move to the level of $25,000 or more in graduated steps, within three years. The donor will be recognized as an Allen Society member in the first year.

Women's Initiative Match
New Tocqueville Society gifts of $10,000 or more given by, or given in honor of a female, quality for the match as well as increases of $5,000 or more by current members. Members increasing their current gift by $10,000 or more will be recognized nationally through United Way of America’s Women’s Initiative.

Women's Initiative Next Generations (WINGs) Challenge Match
Female donors committing for the first time to the Leadership Giving level of $1,000 will have their gift matched up to 100% by the WINGs Challenge Match. Combined with the James Graham Brown Foundation Match, which provides up to a 50% match for any new Leadership level gift, this challenge match makes it possible for a new female leadership giver to more than double her gift.
